The Omani staff were excellent, providing warm hospitality that truly enhanced our experience.

The kid's pool had sharp-edged tiles, which posed a safety risk and caused injuries during our stay.

Had a great time, but the limited breakfast was a bit of a letdown. The staff were really friendly and heaps helpful! Chur for that!

Fantastic rooftop swimming pool

I really enjoyed the warm welcome and the convenient car elevator during my stay. The rooftop pool and the spa center offered great relaxation options that made my downtime enjoyable. The only downside was the limited sunlight at the pool, but we managed to find some cozy spots to soak up the rays. 🌞

Family with children would love this place

Had a great stay with my kids, the staff even arranged an early check-in which was a lifesaver after our long drive. The pool area was nice and clean with plenty of towels which kept the kids happy.

It wasn’t exactly wallet-friendly but considering the services offered, it was acceptable.

The King Room delivered a spacious experience, complete with a comfortable bed that made falling asleep after a long day feel effortless. I appreciated the range of amenities available, especially the proximity to attractions, allowing for easy access without much hassle.

Breakfast could use some serious revamping. service was sluggish, taking nearly 15 minutes for omelettes and burnt fried eggs, which didn't quite hit the mark. The parking situation is a real pain, with a dodgy car lift and awkward side street options that left me stuck for a couple of hours despite the help of several folks around.

Loved the rooftop pool with perfect shallow depth for my little one! The staff went above and beyond, even giving us tips on local spots. Only thing is that the breakfast could've had more variety.
